Tiramisu Cream
150g Mascaprone Cheese (In India you can get it on Amazon or Nature's basket).

1/4 cup powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Tiramisu Base
15-18 Lady Finger Biscuits / Savoiardi Biscuits (In India you can get them on Amazon or Nature's basket).
Crushed Kellogs Chocos/Nestle Koko crunch/ Chocolate flakes
Unsweetened Cocoa powder
Recipe:
Coffee Liquor preparation
Heat 1 cup water almost to boil & to it add 2-2.5 Tbsp Coffee powder, 1 Tbsp Sugar.
If you want you can also add 1 tsp any alcohol(optional).
Mix the solution for sometime and let it cool.
Tiramisu Cream
- In a bowl take 1/2 cup cold whipping cream and churn it little bit with a hand whisk or electric.
To the cream add 150g of Mascaprone cheese and whisk the mixture till its smooth and little fluffy. You may need to add mascaprone in 2 batches.
Once mixture is ready, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1-1.5 tsp vanilla essence and mix it. Once done keep the cream aside
Tiramisu Preparation:
1. Take a tray (rectangular preferable but any shape is fine).
2. On the tray put some cream at the bottom. Make it a flat layer.
3. Dip the biscuits in coffee liquor and put in tray. Make 1 layer of biscuits and then apply half the cream on top of the biscuits.
4. Spread the cream on top of the biscuits till it forms a flat layer.
5. On top of the flat layer sprinkle the crushed chocos/nestle koko crunch/chocolate flakes .
6. Again dip remaining biscuits in coffee liquor and make another layer of biscuits on the cream layer.
7. Once done, pour remaining cream on top of the biscuits and spread it over to form another flat layer of cream.
8. Finally sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the full setup till it has a nice color .
9. Freeze the tiramisu for 5-6 hrs preferably or overnight and then enjoy!!!
